New Patients

Most patients can contact TSB Podiatry directly without a referral. The first visit is meant to understand the problem clearly, review what has already been tried, and decide on a sensible next step.

Before your visit

  • Bring any relevant imaging, records, or medication information if you have it
  • Be ready to explain when the problem started and what makes it better or worse
  • Wear or bring the shoes you use most often if they may be part of the issue

What the first appointment is for

  • Understand the symptoms and timeline clearly
  • Examine the foot or ankle and narrow the diagnosis
  • Explain the likely cause and treatment options
  • Choose a practical next step instead of continuing to guess

Scheduling and access

TSB Podiatry uses online booking and direct phone calls for scheduling questions. The website does not use contact forms for appointment requests right now, so patients do not send messages that may not be answered through the site.

Standard office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday clinic from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Insurance and payment questions

TSB Podiatry works with several major insurance carriers. Insurance participation can depend on your exact plan, benefits, referral rules, and visit reason.

For the full insurance list and self-pay guidance, see Insurance & Payment.

If you need to be seen quickly

If a foot or ankle problem feels urgent, check online availability or call the office. Same-day openings can change throughout the week, and some problems should be directed to urgent or emergency care instead of waiting.
